I. CREATIVE LABS WEEKLY

We'll meet live for facilitated sessions featuring creative exercises, practical tools, fresh perspectives, and focused time to move your idea forward.
You'll have opportunities to explore new approaches, challenge familiar patterns, and put what you're learning into practice.
II. BUILD GROUPS
Share. Collaborate. Keep Moving.
You'll work in a small, consistent peer group. This will be your own creative crew.
Share what you're working on, get feedback, work through challenges, celebrate progress, and help each other take the next step.
These aren't just check-in sessions. They're where we put collective intelligence into action.
III. BETWEEN SESSIONS · MAKE IT REAL
The magic happens when you put what you've explored into practice.
You'll have creative experiments, small actions, and commitments to work on between sessions — bringing your ideas out of your head and into the world.
IV. WHAT IF YOU MISS A SESSION?
Facilitated Creative Labs will be recorded, and you'll have lifetime access to those recordings.
If you miss a session, you're responsible for catching up, communicating with your Build Group, and following through on your commitments.

Hi. I'm a multidisciplinary artist, creative catalyst, and social choreographer. For over 25 years, I've used the transformative power of the arts to help people break out of familiar patterns, find their voice, and discover new possibilities.
I've seen what happens when people feel free to express what's uniquely theirs and what becomes possible when they bring those gifts together.
I created Fearless Authentic Expression to bring that spirit into a shared creative experience: a space to experiment, take bold steps, support one another, and bring meaningful ideas into the world.
